Problem "Back up" VB DB

wel i cahnged my server hosting so i strongly need to back up my DB NOW. am really in a huirry cause i canceled the old server hosting and it gonna be down/off soon, so need to back up the DB

well when i try to backup the db by phpmyadmin it gives me this error when working in the tables "attachmentviews - post - postindex - threadviews - user - "

AND ALSO I COULD SEE THAT THOSE TABLES THAT AM HAVIN PROBLEMS ARE JUST THE ONES THAT ARE OF THE TYPE "IN USE" AND NOT LIKE ALL THE REST "MyISAM" THERE IS SOME HELP? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
