MySQL Admin & Backup

Hi,

I'm trying to backup a MyISAM database with approximatly 1.6GB of data using MySQL Administrator 1.2.5 from the SuSE 9.3 rpm-file.
Everythings works fine until the size of the export file reaches the 2GB boundary. If so, MySQL Admin terminates itself without an errormessage. Using the Windows version of the Admin (on a windows XP system) works.
Any ideas and suggestions how I can get the linux version working?
