physical export

hello guys

I need to make a physical export , and I cant do logical export
I wonder if
copy the entire folder \mysql, from c:\xampp into another computer with the same c:\xampp,
all the \mysql folder with inside: \bin, my.ini, and database content into \data,
?? there may be problems of portability of mysql??
considered that the target computer may have different characteristics: xp, win7x32,win7x64, Win8, and different amounts of ram
the unknown is the file innodb, I think
