restore deleted entries

hi folks!
i'm hopeless. i accidentally deleted some (many!) entries in a table and i have no backup! the table is now 71,2 MB big and has a overhang of 45 MB. is there any possibility to restore the deleted entries? what makes me despair is that i found no restore-tools in the web or informations about restoring of mysql-entries!
