MYSQL Manual Backup - From Faulty Hard Disk

Hi,

I have been working at my current company for only a few month's, and by chance I have stumbled across our Blog website (using wordpress) hosted at a server provider called Netlogistics.

We want to move the Blog from Netlogistics to Amazon, as it makes sense to only have one company worrying about our website platform.

In my poor understanding of MySQL, and how Netlogistics lets us manage our applications, I have successfully manage to corrupt the server and any applications running on the server.

Saying that I do however have access to all Windows 2008 R2 functions, explorer etc.

Is there anyway I can backup the MySQL database for our Blog (Copy and Paste), and import into a new MySQL database? Or will I need additional third party appls to achieve this?

Any help is much appreciated.

Andrew
