Incremental and Point in time recovery on MySQL Community Edition

Hello All,

I am a newbie to the MySQL database and wanted to understand how do we perform the Incremental backups and Point in time recovery on MySQL Community Edition.

As far as I read & understood we cannot do this directly in the community edition, but we can use Percona XtraBackup, However it doesn't support the Windows platform and we need to install the docker, which will be tedious, so is there any other simple way to do this.
