Restore from database tables with huge BLOB data Backup creates problem

Hello,

I am using MySQL 5.0.2 for my project. We need to backup data and restore it back. This process is not a problem if we have less data, but for tables with huge BLOB data, backup is not a problem but during restore, Error No. 1231 appears. Is there any additional setting to the MySQL server to be done? Please suggest if you have solved such a problem.
