Hi all,

Im using a cron job to backup some of my servers into a local dir. in each box every night.

Im trying to figured out the way to set those backup jobs been stored into a one of the servers directory.

This is one of my crons.

# mysqldump -u root -password databsename > /localdir/file.sql

Is there any way this cron can point to a root@localhost:/directory without the root password prompt?

Many thanks and sorry if im been too newbie!

Seb.-
