Archival backup

Hi,

I want to know how to configure MySQL to make an archival backup of the databases.
I don't know if I'm explaining well, so I'll describe what I mean.
With archival backup of the databases I mean output in clear text every SQL command sent to the server (INSERT, SELECT, etc) to a text file, rolling files on intervals, and including date, time, user and machine that sent the command.

In the company I'm currently working they do that with Oracle for backup purposes and I want to do the same with my MySQL servers, but don't find in the documentation how to.

Regards in advance,
