Hi I've just experienced the exact same problem.

I noticed you mentioned mysqlbinlog, which I've noticed mentioned a few times while searching around. Please could you explain how you use it and on what files to use it.

The only files I can find are ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1 are these the ones? Whats the syntax to use to squirt it out to an SQL text file?

Sorry for so many questions, but I'm desperate to get it sorted
