==========

Changes in MySQL Enterprise Monitor 3.0.20

Functionality Added or Changed

* The performance of the All Timeseries Graphs default view has been
improved.

The following graphs were removed:

- Agent Operations combined

- FS Usage combined

- Disk IO combined

All individual Network, Filesystem and Disk graphs were removed from
the All Timeseries Graphs default view and from the group views.
These graph types can still be viewed by selecting the required
host. (Bug #19885325)

* The agent can now detect if its SSL certificate has expired. If the
certificate has expired, it is not possible to connect and an error
is logged in the agent log file.

* Duplicate server events from the Replication Configuration Advisor
now include the ID of the duplicated servers.

* Events from the Agent Not Reachable now include the hostname and
home directory of the unreachable agent.

Bugs Fixed

* The documentation on monitoring MySQL on Amazon's RDS was
incomplete. (Bug #20519736)

* EXPLAIN plans created by the Query Analyzer triggered the SQL
Statement Generates Warnings or Errors advisor. These warnings are
generated because the Performance_Schema captures only 1024
characters of each query.

As of this release, the connection to Performance_Schema is dropped
before the EXPLAIN and reconnected after the EXPLAIN finishes.

To enable this, the UPDATE privilege on the
performance_schema.threads table is granted to the Admin and auto-
generated users, General and Limited. (Bug #20466622)

* Agent and Operating System events, for host-only agents, were not
displayed in the Events list if Show All Assets was checked and All
selected in the Asset Selector. (Bug #20431995)

* The Emergency Event links only linked to instance events. Events
such as Agent Down were not correctly linked. (Bug #20431898)

* The documentation did not contain any information on the privileges
required on the repository by the MySQL Enterprise Service Manager
user. This information is specific to installations which use an
existing repository rather than the one bundled with the
installation. (Bug #20400613)

* The installation log was written to the tmp directory and was
deleted when the system was rebooted.

As of this release, the installation log is stored in the root of
the MySQL Enterprise Monitor installation directory. (Bug #20362761)

* The documentation on importing SSL certificates from backup was
incomplete. (Bug #20269128)

* The documentation on backing up the MySQL Enterprise Monitor
repository was incomplete. (Bug #19881983)

* The Asset Manager listed too many network adapters on Windows
platforms. As of this release, the list is filtered for duplicates.

* The agent reported Mac OS X version 10.10 as "Mac OS X Unknown"
instead of "Yosemite".
