Does keyring plugin work with MySQL 5.5?

I just installed MySQL 5.5.56. When I navigate to the directory C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.5\lib\plugin\, there is no keyring_file.dll. Does that mean we cannot use InnoDB encryption with this version?
