Filling up C:\WINDOWS\Temp with MY23F.tmp 3gb?

We use MYSQL 5.0 and ECT website. Now it is Filling up C:\WINDOWS\Temp with MY23F.tmp and almost 3 gibs of temp files. As soon as we shut off the site or MYSQL it removes all files. Our D drive keeps running out of space because of this and we have never see this happen. We are hoping for a quick response because the guys website is down until we resolve issue. THe best I can find is this may be a SQL injection attack through the site. Because all others sites work through MySQL
Please tell me where this post should go, because I'm not sure what kind of issue this is. Everything was working fine.
