Deleted Data
Hi,
Can someone point me in the direction of where to find out about how data is deleted from a MySql database, in particular is the data deleted in a way that leaves fragments on the file system or is it lost forever.
Is it like deleting data from a file system where that data can be recovered?
If so, is their a process to completely remove the data in a similar way to file shredding other than actually shredding the database file?
Any help on this would be great.
