How to deal with this Database Error, thanks a lot!

Hey, guys,
I was engaging in the academic project to build up a forum by
php5+mysql6+IIS6 for the students in my college. But after I
finished that, sometimes some students feedback that they can not
connect into. As follows is the note showing on the website.
Database Error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
File:/home/content/h/o/m/homosapien/html/Sources/Security.php
Line:279
Would you do me a favor and tell me what should I do to get rid of this
issue.
