Security Updates and patching in general

Hello Guys,

I was wondering whether there is some webpage concentrating all the security patches, and patches in general available for MySQL (Community, Enterprise).

I was looking for the basic patching mechanism in MySQL and couldn't find it. For example:

Are patches being released on some regular basis? like once a month?

Are there levels for patches? like urgent, security and such?

Are all the patches accumulative?

Is there a mailing list where I can subscribe and be notified when ever a new patch is available?
