Problem with File-priv

I have to load a file to my mysql db. For that I do...
mysql xxx < load_sentence.sql
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'defendoc'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

The user table has ...
mysql> select * from user where User = 'defendoc';

If I run any other query, it works perfectly.
If I change "Host" for localhost, it works fine. But I think "%" allows every host, isn't it?
Which can be the problem?
