http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/encryption-functions.html is all we currently have.
I know the openssl library supports much more than this, but the other library that we use is a bit lacking. However this is not stopping us, just making things happen slower.

If you're in a serious need and willing to spend some development effort we have http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/adding-functions.html for you.

And of course we'll be happy to consider code contributions in that respect too.
