Andrzej,

Would you trust somebody on the Internet with helping you with "security steps" on securing your front door lock ?

I'd not do that. I'd trust myself and somebody that I have a contract with.

Securing MySQL does not differ that much across platforms. I'd you start with https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/security-guidelines.html and then review the whole https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/security.html chapter. And then the https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/windows-installation.html for any specific advice.

If all of that sounds too complex you may want to get some expert advice from the experts at https://www.mysql.com/support/
