How change TIMESTAMP options?

I used MySql Administrator to create a table with a TIMESTAMP column in it. I want to modify the table now so that the TIMESTAMP ONLY takes affect with NEW RECORDS and is not affected when I do an UPDATE.

How can I do this using the MySql Admin or Query Browser tool?

Thanks!
