Some schemas not restored

Hello.

My knowledge of MySQL is very limited. I backup my database thanks to MySQL Administrator on MandrivaLinux 2009 x86_64. It contains Drupal bases. I then put the .sql file to a computer running Ubuntu 9.10 x86_64 and try to restore the file thanks to MySQL Administrator. I can see all the schemas in MySQL Administrator, in the thumbnail "Selection", where I select all the schemas. I can even see the tables. But once I've clicked on "Restore backup", if I go to "Catalog", then some schemas have been restored, some have not. Sometimes MySQL Administrator freezes, or crashes during the restoring operation. Any idea?
