MYSQL Backup

Hi All
I have MYSQL 5 Version in Windows 2003.I was about to schedule the backups of all databases.I have written a script as saved it as .bat file.While running it i can see log created as Errorlevel=3. What is that all about???i'm not getting aby idea about it..Please help me out.
