replication or mirroring?

I have 2 databases on 2 seperate servers, when db 1 gets updated I want to update db2 on server 2 in real time, what would be the best way to accomplish this?
I never used MySQL, so I'm not sure if this is possible and if so, what is the best way to do this. thanks in advance.
