One Mysql database internal and external users

Hi I have a question. I currently have an MS Access application that I would like to migrate to MySql. I have pretty much taken care of. I have two sets of users. Internal users A with limited knowledge of databases so they will need GUIs and external users B who is pretty much everyone else.

Would it be possible to have the one MySql database used by users A with MS Access interface (e.g reports and forms) because they will be responsible for data maintenance and users B using web interface just for viewing the information?

I look forward to your replies.
