How to install Mysql GUI Tool on Linux?

Hi,
I am working on Linux RedHat 9 Operating System. Now I upgraded Mysql from 3.23.54 to 5.0.45
version. I want to install Mysql GUI Tool on linux. I have mysql-gui-tools-5.0r12-linux-i386.tar file now.
How can I install it on linux?
I tried so mani times, but I couldn't do?
Can you tell step by step? Pls guid me.
