User Administration Lost
due to a power outage in our area the user administrator for root localhost was removed......need to get it back as removing the program and reinstalling the program does not clear history for the schema settings. I do not know where to find the schema so that I can change the permissions or error reads"could not fetch user names error occured command denied to user foot@localhost for table user"
