Ok, so MySQL Administrator 1.0.18 had no problems backing up the same DB.
Backup Execution Methods are different though:
[ ] Lock all tables
[o] Single Transaction
[ ] Normal backup
[x] Complete backup
The "Single transaction" method's description is similar to v20's "InnoDB Online Backup", but if it's the same function, then why doesn't it work (at least for me) in v20?
