As for as I know - there is no standard pre-defined configuaration setting available. First you have to analyse the load type(READ OR WRITE or mix) and if you are planing to go for MyISAM & you ahve dedicated server for MySQL then you can safely allocate 20% of RAM to key_buffer and also need to tune couple of parameters...
