1130 Host is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

Hello,
I have two computers. MySQL-Server is running on the first computer. I can access the MySQL-Server with MySQL Administrator local without any problem. But I get the Error 1130 trying to access the MySQL-Server from the second computer. And I can ping the first computer from the second computer.
