Don't login to mysql.

mysqlbump is a binary that runs under Windows. Just run it from the C prompt.

Note, you have to have the path to your mysql/bin directory in the system's "PATH" variable.

From a c: prompt type "path" without the quotes.
Is your mysql/bin directory listed?

If not, then will need to cd to the mysql/bin directory before running mysqldump.

Good luck
