Same deal here. If anything is in the addtional user info area (I even loaded an image), any user changes throws this error.

I'm running Administrator 1.0.21, MySQL 4.1.12a-nt on Windows XP sp2 build 5.1.2600

Administrator crashes and everything gets lost (addtional user information and any settings). The addtional user information does not get updated, so when I restart Administrator these fields are not populated. So after restarting Administrator I can do things like change privileges agin.
