For what it's worth, same here. I reported it on this forum several weeks ago with what I guess was a bad Subject line, and didn't get any replies.
Administrator 1.0.21 under Windows, and two servers, both Red Hat Enterprise/MySQL 4.1.10a
The servers are default installs - the MySQL databases are as they were intended.
Every time any of the supplemental user info is entered or edited, the UTF-8 errors start.
