1.1.1 Fixed Users/Broke Backup?

Just downloaded the new 1.1.1 rc, (for Windows) which seems to have addressed all of the user rights issues I've experienced, including the UTF-8 errors!

This would be a story with a happy ending if not for the fact that now, backups are broken!?
Whenever I run any of my old backup projects (or, create new ones), Administrator acts as though it's happily doing its thing, but creates nothing but en empty file!?
