I am having exactly the same problem under the same OS. I found what looked like something useful, referring to the need to set the password on the Scheduled Tasks properties from Control Panel, but the result is still the same. I have reported it as a bug but no one can reproduce it, so I have already said that this forum is the best bet! I think what we need is for someone who has made it work under the same OS to 'mark our cards' for us, by telling us exactly what their setup is, so that we can duplicate it.
As I am going on holiday today for two weeks I look forward to finding the solution when I return!
