how to import and export databases using myphpadmin front end

I am trying to copy a MYSQL database from one pc to another using the simple method of exporting and then importing the database. The server i am using is XAMPP. I am using phpmyadmin(front end )to export the database, but i am not able to see any option where i can go and import the database. Can somebody please help me with this as i am new to databases.
