i use the mysql administrator version 1.0.22 under linux(Red hat 9.0).
through push the button 'start the server' can stop the service,it prompts :
Shutting down MySQL..SUCCESS!

then when i want to restart the service , i find the button still displaying 'Stop the Server' .it doesn't like the mysql administrator version 1.1.1 displaying 'Start Service'.

can't restart the service through the mysql administrator ?

when i try to push the button 'Stop the Server' again.it prompts:
ERROR! MySQL manager or server PID file could not be found!

then, i just only restart the service through the command lines 'mysqld -u root' by Terminal.

regards for all
