I don't have access to a telnet session on most of my GoDaddy accounts. I looked last night and there are privledges settings available via phpMyAdmin. I've set the access priviledges so that I should be able to access the database from any server. It still doesn't work. I can access a telnet session from my companys server but then I'm behind a firewall so I'm not sure the test is valid - I changing the variables.

I'm still open for suggestions.
