Can we delete ibd table without repercussion?

I managed to 'revive' MYSQL server to accept the password.
The problem is that I can't import in the table.
And the schema is still there in the ProgramData Data folder.
C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0.13\Data\projectName\tutor.ibd
I learnt that there is a complicated way that one can import in the table but I do not want to try that.
My question is can I simply delete the ibd files inside the Data folder and re-create the schema with the same name without any 'repercussion' ?
