Can not Remotely Access MySQL Server 5.7 Installed in Windows Server 2008R2

Hello everyone.
I installed MySQL Server 5.7 on Windows Server 2008R2.
I connect well in local (being on Windows Server 2008R2) on the database that I created. But I can not connect to this same database from a remote networked machine with my Windows Server 2008R2 machine.
