how to get most CPU usage queries for the day

I'm trying to prepare a report and part of this i need to generate a report of top sql queries which are consuming most of the CPU by load.
mysql workbench performance reports has an option (high cost sql statements > statement analysis) but its reporting since the db started. how do i limit the range for a day or week..etc..
mysql : 8.0.23
