Thanks John,

I have tried and I get the same error. I'm just wondering what the error means.

$ mysqldump --quick --max_allowed_packet=268435456 -e wikidatabase >> backup.sql
$ mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when dumping table `text` at row: 4584

Does it mean one row in my table is corrupt? Or one row is taking too much memory when dumping?
