I met this problem and when I searched I found that no one solve it and write about that...

So be happy I met this problem and I solve it ( alhamdullilaah )>

the way...

1- unistall >>
2- go to c: or d: or what ever (( the direction of appache and mysql - php )).
3- delete every folder inside the appache folder but leave a- (( www ))which contains ur work )) b- take a copy of the folders u need for databases in the folder mysql/data - u have to delete the folder phpmyadmin >>
4- reinstall appache and mysql>>
5- paste www in appache folder and databases in apache/mysql/data/>>

now inshaa allah it will work with no problems
