OK, so this is definitley looking like a bug to me. I figured out the problem, but it SHOULDN'T do this.

The issue is that I had all my host names as the specific IP addresses for the machines. Once I changed the Host over to hostname for the computer, SET PASSWORD works fine.

Will look for this in 4.1.7 once I get it loaded up.
