Over writting existing records using mysql

Hi All,

I am facing problem with dublication of records. I am using ".csv" to upload the data in the database table using "LOAD DATA INFILE". This process i am doing time to time,So when i am uploading records next time. I want to remove automatically the dublication records and store the new records.

Please kindly send me the query for doing the above operation.
