anyone please help me in knowing the size of a database in mysql. currently i am using applications manager to know the size of the database. other than that, is there any other alternative.

the application manager has given the size by calculating the sum of data_lengths of all the tables and views that exists in a database.

is this the only way to check out the size? and also how far is it correct?

please help me regarding this concept.

thankyou
ujvala.
