So you mean that there is no issue with MySQL?
I am facing this problem continuously. I am facing the issue with only one table. The table has around 6 million records & its size is around 3GB. I've repaired this table thrice. After repair this table used to work fine for some time & after some time the same table starts throwing the error "table-name.MYD" file not found.
On my server an Antivirus software is also running & apart from this I am using some load data infile & outfile operations in the data directory of Mysql.
So can any of the operation mentioned above also cause this issue?
