Trigger Create Field is Empty

Should the trigger CREATED field be empty in
SELECT * FROM `information_schema`.`TRIGGERS`?

I wanted to see when I created some triggers and I noticed all the CREATED values are NULL. I am using MySQL 5.6.13 on CentoOS 6.4.
