Roll-over the error log on Windows

Hi
Is there a way of rolling over the error log on Windows without restarting the MySQL service? Mine got a bit big, and I don't want to cause a downtime for the company.
I'm using MySQL 5.5.28 on Windows 2008R2 Enterprise.
