Aborted connection issue

Hi Friends,

I getting frequently this warning message in my server's error log, pl help and suggest, what is wrong with my settings.

141229 0:00:06 [Warning] Aborted connection 297855 to db: 'rockrest' user: 'restreadusr' host: '10.20.127.2' (Got an error reading communication packets)
141229 0:15:25 [Warning] Aborted connection 298738 to db: 'rockrest' user: 'restreadusr' host: '10.20.127.2' (Got an error reading communication packets)


I am using MySQL 5.5.38 on VMware. setting of my.cnf are as follows:

max_allowed_packet=32M
Wait_timeout=28800
interactive_timeout=28800
connect_timeout=24
net_read_timeout=30
net_write_timeout=60
