New to database administration
Hey everyone
Could anyone suggest topics on MySQL 5.5 administration, what topics should I be studying to be an effective administrator? I'm completely new to MySQL - however I've just had a go setting up Master/Slave and Master-Master replication. I now need to get a good underlying knowledge of procedures to monitor and fix errors as and when they may arise.
Any suggested reading would be most appreciated. What errors do you find are quite commonly encountered? In the mean time I'm just slowly working my way through the sites documentation.
